O Shot Turkey

What is That Shot Turkey?

O Shot (Orgasm Shot) is the name given to the application of autologous (obtained from one’s own blood) platelet-rich plasma injected into the vaginal area, especially the G-spot and sub-clitoral area, using technology. Triggering tissue regeneration thanks to the growth factors in platelets, O Shot aims to increase sexual sensitivity and orgasm quality by strengthening blood circulation in women.

How Does That Shot Work?

Before the application, 10–20 ml of blood taken from the patient is processed in special centrifuge tubes to increase the platelet concentration. Since the obtained is rich in growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, etc.), it promotes neovascularization in the vascular beds in the microinjection area and increases collagen and elastin synthesis. These biological repair mechanisms provide thickening, moisturizing and increased nerve ending density in the vaginal mucosa, strengthening the tissues sensitive to sexual stimulation.

In Which Situations Is O Shot Preferred?

  • Women who have difficulty reaching orgasm and want to increase their sexual satisfaction,
  • Those with postmenopausal vaginal atrophy or dryness,
  • Those who experience loss of sensitivity in vaginal tissue due to birth or surgical trauma,
  • Those who complain of mild stress incontinence (small leaks during coughing/laughing),
  • Patients who do not want laser or surgical tightening and prefer minimally invasive approaches are suitable candidates for O Shot.

How to Apply O Shot?

  • Local Anesthesia: Light topical or injected local anesthesia is applied to the application area; the patient is kept at a comfortable comfort level.
  • Microinjection: The front wall of the vagina, the G-spot area and the sub-clitoral line are injected with using thin 30–32 G needles. Injection areas are usually planned between 5–10 points.
  • Short Rest: The procedure is completed in 20–30 minutes; the patient can return to social life in 1–2 hours without bleeding or significant edema.

How Long Does That Shot Last and When Does It Take Effect?

The average session duration is 30 minutes. Local collagen production and vascular-nerve repair are activated within a few weeks; most patients report noticeable improvements in increased hydration, sensitivity and orgasm intensity within 4–6 weeks. The peak effect can last up to 3 months and remain evident for up to a year. A single session may be sufficient, or a second session can be repeated after 3–6 months, depending on the degree of the patient’s complaints.

What are the Benefits of O Shot?

The O Shot treatment supports the regeneration of the vaginal mucosa thanks to the growth factors secreted by the platelets. This regeneration process increases the production of collagen and elastin in the area, improving tissue thickness, providing moisture balance and strengthening vaginal elasticity. As a result, women experience benefits such as increased orgasm intensity, faster arousal during intercourse and reduced feelings of relaxation. The O Shot can also relieve mild stress incontinence and provide relief from symptoms of postmenopausal vaginal atrophy.

Is the O Shot Safe? Are There Any Side Effects?

The O Shot does not carry the risk of immunological reactions or tissue rejection due to the use of  obtained from the patient’s own blood.
